Dale's Holeshot Performance mufflers are well known to make great power gains, are hand crafted in house from 6061-T6 aluminum / 304 stainless steel, and in most cases reduce weight well over 50%. The inlet sleeve and turn down tip weld fit is precision hand tig for a beautiful finished bead, and we put a .005 press fit on the end caps to body so they will hold up for many years. Our packing material is also high end and will last 50K to 70K miles. Holeshot mufflers can be rebuilt and also repaired in most cases.We offer three lengths to choose from 10", 14" and 17" canisters with a 4" outside diameter. You can choose either our Comp 1, Comp 2 or Street core design, depending on the engine size and noise level that will suite your needs for your project. The 14" & 17" mufflers are available in fully polished or high temp powder satin black outer shells with polished stainless end caps. The Bad Boy 10" is available only in black with the Comp 2 race core" It's The Bad Ass "

All Holeshot mufflers slide on and fit 2" OD tubing making fabrication work much easier, and each muffler comes standard with our classy exclusive Holeshot laser mark on the back end cap. The side logo plate is optional, that you install once you finish mounting the muffler or mufflers on your bike, and a tech sheet is included to help do the job.

Holeshot canister mufflers are well known for having one of the best exhaust tones in the industry, very smooth but really healthy as well. You can call and talk to Dale and he will personally help you pick what muffler would be the best choice for you project bike needs. We offer three kits and each come with the body clamp, insulator band and front snout clamp. All are custom made for our mufflers from stainless steel. We also offer an optional touring body clamp with longer mounting ears, which allows more clearance for running soft or hard bags.

Valco All-In-One High Temp Silicone

Valco All-In-One High Temp Black Silicone is ideal for exhaust system slip fits during installation. It's one of the most advanced sealers available, is resistant to extreme temperatures up to 600 degrees, and can be used in non high temp applications as well. This product is a necessity to use if you are installing our Holeshot slip-on or complete header system.

Keep your new Holeshot exhaust looking like new!

Magic Mix is known as the lazy man's polish and for a good reason. It's absolutely the best and easiest to use metal polish we've ever tested. It will keep your new Holeshot Slip-on or complete system looking new forever.

It works fantastic on aluminum, stainless, chrome and our coated slip-ons or full header system. We use it daily in our workshop during final assembly, as well as, on all our personal vehicles. It can even be used to rub out fine scratches on painted clear coated finishes.

Original Bike Spirit Spray Cleaner & Polish

Dale loves this product and often uses it around the shop here at Holeshot . It very well may be the best quick cleaner and polish on the planet. The Original Bike Spirits Spay Cleaner and Polish comes in a aerosol  14 oz. can. This product was formerly branded by Honda and other OEMs, but now is available right from the source. OBS  works fantastic on Paint, windscreens, face shields, bare aluminum, chrome , even plastic, vinyl & leather. On leather riding gear it cleans off dirt and bugs without harming the pigment.

Note ! Some flat black surfaces should be tested in a small area first. We highly recommend this product for daily use to keep your bike and gear in tip top shape as well as looking good.
