Bandit 1250 Adjustable Struts Installation Tips

Note: Please carefully read over your installation instructions that came with the kit, and use the install tip photos below as a helpful guide. Note! step #8 in the written instructions (photos 3-6) is very important, it will allow the front brake line to float in the bracket.

Remove the bar mounts, then install the machined risers with provided longer bolts and original hardware

Install back in top crown, use new nylock nuts and only lightly snug for now

Remove brake line holder from lower triple clamp

Carefully peel off the rubber grommet from the brake line

Slightly spread open the brake line holder so the line can float in the opening

Re install the brake line holder

Make any final adjustments and be sure to torque all hardware to my specs in the install sheet
