Remove both hand guards to trim off mounting tab, using hand drill or drill press as shown

Using a 1 1/2" hole saw, trim off the end of both hand guard's

After drilling you must clean them up with sand paper, and trim the ends

Trim off ends and sand smooth as shown

Re-install both hand guards and let rest against the Throttlemeister bar ends, they do not have to be solidly mounted to the bar ends for normal road use
