Dale spent over a year of R&D time, dyno and road testing the Gen 2 FZ1 Holeshot  4-2-1 stainless header system. The final results are a design that makes big power and torque gains as well as offering great ground clearance, weight reduction, plenty of oil filter access as well as being able to keep the center stand if desired. Each header is hand crafted in house by our expert craftsman Paul McCain to Dale's highest standards. All welds are precision tig not wire mig . All tubing is domestically produced  269A-304 premium grade polished stainless. The Holeshot 4-2-1 will also mate up with any brand slip-on that fits the original factory header. Its available separately or as a full system with Dale's low mount or high mount slip-ons as a back half. Our Comp 1 core will make the most power and torque, and our street core is also a option if you want to be a bit more stealth, with only about a 2 hp loss. We also have our billet Holeshot db killer as a 3rd option - Click here to view

If you have a PC-3 installed a custom map will be needed for you application and modifications you may have done to your intake

Our latest super clean, laser etched Holeshot Performance muffler end cap is now standard. The silver and black Holeshot logo plate will not be on the muffler unless requested.

Valco All-In-One High Temp Silicone

Valco All-In-One High Temp Black Silicone is ideal for exhaust system slip fits during installation. It's one of the most advanced sealers available, is resistant to extreme temperatures up to 600 degrees, and can be used in non high temp applications as well. This product is a necessity to use if you are installing our Holeshot slip-on or complete header system.

Keep your new Holeshot exhaust looking like new!

Magic Mix is known as the lazy man's polish and for a good reason. It's absolutely the best and easiest to use metal polish we've ever tested. It will keep your new Holeshot Slip-on or complete system looking new forever.

It works fantastic on aluminum, stainless, chrome and our coated slip-ons or full header system. We use it daily in our workshop during final assembly, as well as, on all our personal vehicles. It can even be used to rub out fine scratches on painted clear coated finishes.

Note: Magic Mix polish should not be used on our black header and muffler coatings.

Magic mix speed wax, to maintain our satin black mufflers and ceramic black headers.

Magic Mix Speed Wax is a quick and easy way to give painted and clear coat surfaces a super high gloss finish. It applies a thin, wax protective coating. Speed Wax is a great product to use in between your Super Glaze carnauba waxing intervals. If you are in a hurry this is the product. It works very well on our optional ceramic black header and satin black muffler coatings.
