After months of testing Dale's FZ1 high pipe slip-on is now available. It really flows beautifully with the lines of the bike and is arguably the nicest looking FZ1 pipe produced to date. It is hand crafted in-house from high grade 304 stainless and 6061-T6 aluminum. It comes with all stainless clamps - no springs here, and Dales special tapered inlet elbow pipe for maximum flow rate. The high pipe has superior ground clearance is very light weight and retains the center stand with our super clean stop tab. We even designed a special laser cut powder coated hanger bracket that tucks behind the specific 14" high pipe muffler for a ultra clean look. The Holeshot high pipe also allows you to retain or remove the rear foot pegs as well with the provided machined aluminum spacers and hardware in the kit. It is available in fully polished or in our powder black version canisters. The fit and finish is superb and installation is very straight forward.

The high mount slip-on can be run without jetting and will still pick up 2 to 4 hp in the usable part of the power band. Run the Holeshot high pipe with Dales Stage One mod jet kit which includes his advancer and you can expect to pick up 9 to 12 rear wheel horse power and tons of arm stretching torque. This will also really smooth out the power delivery and offer great fuel economy.
Dales new high pipe is within 3" in length of his standard version and utilizes the same muffler core so the tune up and dyno numbers are the same.

You won't find a nicer end cap on the market. We fusion tig weld the stainless tip to the cap without welding rod for a perfect micro bead. This is done in our custom jig on a foot controlled electric rotator.

You can expect a very deep, but very subtle exhaust note when your light on the throttle or cruising down the freeway, but when you really nail it hard, it will begin to come alive.

Note: Re-located smaller rear blinkers are necassary to install the Holeshot FZ1 high pipe slip-on. We offer either our rear cat eye blinker and stainless bracket kit, (pictured above) for the simple solution or our Holeshot FZ1 rear fender eliminator kit which really makes it clean when finished up.

Permatex Ultra Copper high temp silicone is the best product for exhaust system slip fits during installation. It's the most advanced sealer available and resistant to extreme temperatures up to 700 degrees. This product is a necessity to use if your installing our Holeshot slip-on or complete header system.

Magic Mix is known as the lazy man's polish and for a good reason. It's absolutely the best and easiest to use metal polish we've ever tested. It will keep your new Holeshot Slip-on or complete system looking new forever. It works fantastic on aluminum, stainless, chrome and our coated slip-ons or full header system. We use it daily in our workshop during final assembly, as well as, on all our personal vehicles. It can even be used to rub out fine scratches on painted clear coated finishes. Note: Magic Mix polish should not be used on our black header and muffler coatings.

Magic Mix Speed Wax is a quick and easy way to give painted and clear coat surfaces a super high gloss finish. It applies a thin, wax protective coating. Speed Wax is a great product to use in between your Super Glaze carnauba waxing intervals. If you are in a hurry this is the product.
