Dale spent several months developing the FZ1 Holeshot stage 2 no air box jetting kit. He did over 200 dyno pulls and a month of road testing using two stock FZ1s during development. The Holeshot stage 2 FZ1 jetting kit gets totally rid of the air box. This allows the motor to really breath, developing big power and torque gains, as well as providing very easy access to the carbs. It also removes over 6 pounds of unnecessary weight. You can expect super smooth running with great throttle response throughout the entire rpm range. The Holeshot FZ1 stage 2 jetting kit will make about a 4 to 6 hp gain over other jetting kits on the market, using the standard air box, including Dale's own stage 1 mod kit.

The Holeshot FZ1 stage 2 jetting kit is totally complete, to make it user friendly for the home tuner, and a dyno is not needed for installation or set up. Dale personally works very closely with his customers, if any fine tuning help is needed.

The Holeshot kit includes, Dale's own fully adjustable 7075-T6 aluminum hard anodized needles, clips and mill spec shims for a half notch fine adjustment, three sets of original Mikuni main jets, original Mikuni pilot jets, stainless float bowl allen bolts, drill bit and pilot fuel plug removal screw, custom fabricated stainless battery tray holder, with hardware and foam backing, 3+ degree Holeshot timing advancer with cover gasket, original K&N dual oval air filters, K&N crank case vent filter with quality breather hose, cut to length and stainless hose clamps. Detailed easy to follow installation and tuning instructions are included with the kit.

Dale also offers a high altitude stage 2 kit if your located above 3000 feet elevation. This kit has slightly leaner main jets included.

Dale's FZ1 stage 2 jetting kit is really intend to be run with any slip-on or full system, but he can also help you tune it for a stock muffler if desired.

Note! All testing was done with the Holeshot comp 1 slip-on and the original stock header as well as the Holeshot complete 4-1 header system.

This high quality driver with 3mm ball end is just the ticket to reach those hard to get to carb intake manifold screws on the FZ1 and ZZR. The length and small shaft really make it a breeze for easy carb removal. Without the right tool this is a real pain. It features a sure grip comfort handle and high toque steel 10.5" shaft.

		Holeshot now offers this nice pilot fuel screw adjustment tool for carb fine tuning. Many times its real tight to get in there or near impossible to reach those pesky fuel screws. This 16" long precision adjustment tool makes it much easier and offers a nice smooth operation with its 90 degree nylon bevel gear drive assembly. The machined aluminum knob is marked and adjustable for keeping track of 1/4th turn increments. The slotted driver is about 3/4" long from the base so it will reach most fuel screws on any carb without a problem. Note: This tool will work with slotted type pilot fuel screws only.

Adjusting your floats to the proper level is a very critical part of setting up your new jet kit. This high quality float gauge is what it takes to do it right. This gauge works on all types of carbs.

A good carb sync is the finishing touch to any tune up or after installing a jet kit to insure a smooth idle, good throttle response and fuel mileage. These vacuum gauges do a very good job at a very reasonable price for the do-it-yourself home tuner. They include: Vacuum gauges on a sturdy mounting plate, 5mm port adapters, in-line dampers for fine adjustment and hoses.
