Dale's new FZ1 Holeshot Slip-on is a thing of beauty. The complete unit
only weighs 5.6 lbs and is hand crafted from high grade 304 stainless
steel and 6061-T6 aluminum.
It can be run without jetting and will still pick up 2 to 4 hp in the
usable part of the power band. Run the FZ1 Holeshot slip-on with Dales
stage one mod jet kit and pick
up 9 to 12 rear wheel horsepower and tons of arm stretching torque.
This will also really smooth out the power delivery and offer
great fuel economy.
The Holeshot performance FZ1 Slip-On features a tapered inlet
elbow pipe for increased flow, a clean center stand stop, our
4 inch aluminum/stainless canister and stainless hardware.
The muffler has 3 inches more ground clearance than the original
and the center stand is also tucked up another 5/16 of an inch.
You won't find a nicer end cap on the market. We fusion tig weld
the stainless tip to the cap without welding rod for a perfect
micro bead. This is done in our custom jig on a foot controlled
rotator. Details! Details!
You can expect a healthy, but still very mellow exhaust note
from the Holeshot canister.

Holeshot Slip-on or complete system looking new
forever. It works fantastic on aluminum, stainless, chrome and our coated slip-ons or full header system. We use it daily in our workshop during final assembly, as well as, on all our personal vehicles. It can even be used to rub out fine scratches on painted clear coated finishes.
