I just wanted to send you some pics of my bike after I received the wonderful exhaust setup that I purchased from you. First of all I wanted to thank you for the phone time you offered me before my purchase. It's not often that you get to speak with the owner of a company whom you are buying aftermarket performance parts from. You are obviously very well versed on the products that you design and manufacture. After a few minutes on the phone, we determined what the best setup for me would be and a week later it showed up on my door. Just as you said; the detailed instructions on how to install the unit and all the�associated parts and brackets for installation were accounted for. You're packaging is very nice as well. After a few minutes removing the stock exhaust off my bike, I was up and running. Now my bike sounds and looks incredible. It's just what I wanted. Not too loud but with lots of heft on the bottom end. It really opened up my bike in the low/mid range. I've had lots of compliments on the pipe since I installed it. I see now that you use premium components to build your products. It is very hight quality construction. I just wanted to take a moment and let you know how satisfied I am with this purchase. I really wanted something different, and have taken several months to research what was available to make my decision. Your exhaust systems are fantastic, and a great value as well. Thanks again.
