GSX-R 600/750/1000 Holeshot Bolt-on Slip-on

Dale's Holeshot GSX-R slip-ons are a real work of art and are proudly made in-house by american craftsmen. They really wake the bike up and have a nice deep exhaust note that Holeshot exhaust systems are known for.

Our 17" Holeshot GSX-R mufflers are available in 3 different core designs:

  1. The high flow street core which offers a very subtle deep tone that makes good power and torque gains over the stock muffler.
  2. The Comp 1 1.75" perf core is a little louder with very good power gains across the RPM band.
  3. The Comp 2 2.0" perf core that will offer more volume and the most power and torque gains mostly on the 1000 models.

The 4" canister shells are made from high grade 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum as well as the beautiful perfect fitting computer machined front muffler adapter. The rear end caps and turn down tips are hand constructed from high grade 304 stainless steel then highly polished. The mufflers come fully polished or in our powder satin black finish with polished end caps. The Holeshot GSX-R slip-on bolts on in minutes utilizing a custom stainless band clamp and high grade hardware.

Most will find the Holeshot slip-on can be installed without any re-mapping done to the electronic fuel injection, but installing a Dynojet Power Commander may make a little more gains and in some cases smooth out the power delivery a bit more. Dale recommends trying your new Holeshot slip-on first and then go from there.
Dale's 2004 GSX-R 600 runs perfect out on the road in stock form with the Holeshot slip-on installed.

Valco All-In-One High Temp Black Silicone is ideal for exhaust system slip fits during installation. It's one the most advanced sealers available, is resistant to extreme temperatures up to 600 degrees, and can be used in none high temp applications as well. This product is a necessity to use if your installing our Holeshot slip-on or complete header system.

Keep your new Holeshot exhaust looking like new!

Magic Mix is known as the lazy man's polish and for a good reason. It's absolutely the best and easiest to use metal polish we've ever tested. It will keep your new Holeshot Slip-on or complete system looking new forever.

It works fantastic on aluminum, stainless, chrome and our coated slip-ons or full header system. We use it daily in our workshop during final assembly, as well as, on all our personal vehicles. It can even be used to rub out fine scratches on painted clear coated finishes.

Note: Magic Mix polish should not be used on our black header and muffler coatings.

Magic mix speed wax, to maintain our satin black mufflers and ceramic black headers.

Magic Mix Speed Wax is a quick and easy way to give painted and clear coat surfaces a super high gloss finish. It applies a thin, wax protective coating. Speed Wax is a great product to use in between your Super Glaze carnauba waxing intervals. If you are in a hurry this is the product. It works very well on our optional ceramic black header and satin black muffler coatings.
