Today I did the test ride of the ZRX Holeshot header upgrade with my Yoshimura rs-3 can , which is shortened by 5 inches. Because I have no passenger pegs, I had to fab a new hanger, but the rest of the installation was incredibly smooth and easy. Everything fits exactly right, the weight reduction is ridiculous. I’m not the kind of guy who weighs old stuff and new stuff, especially since dale already said it’s around a 15 pound reduction. I believe it. Previously, I put the stage 2 kit in as part of my carb cleaning/rebuild. That alone gave an ear-to-ear grin, even with the stock header and this can. smooth power is the easy way to say it....very, very smooth.
Well, I was laughing inside my helmet today. I am grinning as I type this. I also installed a +4 advancer, but I must admit the increase in every rpm range in every gear surprised me. I expected something, but this exceeds it by a good margin. the old “roar” is now a Kawasaki snarl, like it should be when you wack it in any gear at any rpm above 2500....that’s all I had time for around town and nearly got a ticket doing that. The 0-60 butt dyno test....well, I didn’t get to three, counting one, one thousand...and the front wheel is coming up a couple of inches, even on careful throttle application in 1st and second gears now...well, kind of careful, not WOT, just nice quick launching.
Thanks Dale, for all your patient help and for making amazing stuff!!! Anonymous
I had the opportunity to purchase one of Dale's seats for my ZRX. It was used but like new. The fitment was perfect. I called to order the backrest for the seat, I spoke to Dale and his wife. They were both very professional and extremely helpful. I ordered the backrest and received it within 7 days and I live in Georgia. So from an old Georgia country boy to 2 California kids I would like to say a very big "Thank You". Kenny Porter-Savannah, GA
The exhaust system I bought from you is incredible. It not only looks amazing but also sounds fantastic. The craftsmanship is in a league of its own and I get positive comments from many aficionados. I have the full exhaust with megaphone and now the 17” street core muffler. Megaphone is real LOUD and healthy, but the street muffler is perfect for my taste. I have not felt a loss of performance neither needed to rejet.
Thank you Master Dale, Joel BEZ (Fort Lauderdale, Florida)
Hi there Dale,
Just wanted to let you know my 2011 ZRX1200 runs great with a very usable powerband with the header upgrade and stage 2 kit. I am very pleased and wanted you to know. Along with increased performance, reduction in weight the removal of the air box also allowed me to create a nice little storage area as an added bonus.
Thanks again and Cheers Dan Clark (Madera Ca)
Just to let you know, I installed your stage 2 jet kit and pods to my ZRX over the weekend and wow – what a difference. It’s got to be the best bang for buck I’ve ever got in horsepower gain. It has transformed the bike. I was not confident going from 92 mains to 132 mains was ever going to work.
I did exactly as your guide for sea level and can’t believe hours of fiddling will improve it much. Only thing not 100% is just off closed throttle at steady speed, say coasting at 3000 RPM, it’s hunting ever so slightly, but I’d say that’s just carb balance, as I haven’t had the vacuum gauges on yet.
Awesome, I’m seldom this happy with the anticipated result. Off to Phillip Island next week so be interesting to see how much difference there is in gas guzzling – not that that worries me.
Cheers Derek (Sydney, Australia)
Absolutely love the ZRX 1200R Holeshot header upgrade kit. Bolted on the bike without a glitch. It sure is lighter, and way better made than stock. Also got the K&N filer pods installed, as well as your stage 2 jetting package. With the whole new system in place, your carb recommendations were right on. Just tweaked the pilot mixture screws 1/2 turn richer, and Wow, runs great. Like the sound too. Thank you for all your help! Glen (Spokane, WA)
I installed a full exhaust system and Dale’s Stage 2 Jet Kit on my ZRX1200R. It has resulted in a VERY significant power gain. The throttle response is lightening quick and smooth throughout the RPM range. With Dale’s jet size, needle adjustment and fuel screw position recommendations I hit it right the first try. I highly recommend this mod for any ZRX.
Thanks David Alexander Ft Collins, CO (5000 feet)
Just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the help you offered and how much I love this electric shifter 2......This is the 3rd one I`ve had on 3 different ZRX`s and each one has worked great...The shifts are practically seamless on each shift...About better than a airshifter..... Good job Dale,
Life in the Fast Lane.... Paul Stuart in FL
Got your Holeshot header for my ZRX1100 last week and installed it over the weekend. As you said, the jetting is very close already. I have no popping on decel and she really screams up top. There is such a huge difference with the header, that any but dyno comparisons are moot for figuring out how close the jetting is. I am planning to get it sniffed in a month or two just out of curiosity, however I don't see much of a need to do anything further right away. It is running great and the header looks really good.
Thanks alot! Wes
HOLY CRAP!!!!!!! Man your Holeshot slip-on sounds awesome on my ZRX1200. I had no idea that it would sound that good. Runs great and has a little more volume than the Muzzy slip on's that I've heard (not too loud though). I love it. Thanks for the awesome deal on a great example of true craftsmanship. I'll definitely be braggin' about this thing to all my friends. Bill (Nashville, TN)
I can not put into words how pleased I am with your products, particulary the stage 2 jet kits and exhaust components. I just completed my third install of these items on my friends 2003 ZRX 1200, and to say he was more than satisfied is an understatement. I also installed these items on my 1998 1200 bandit (which I sold to a close friend and he loves it) and my 2005 Yamaha FZ1 with excellent results (may need a 50 shot of nos to keep up to that ZRX in a roll on though!!)
Keep up the good work, A truely satisfyed customer Scott Leach
Im sorry it took so long to write to you but I wanted to wait until I sorted out my carb jetting. I originally wanted to use my Mikuni radials. I tried but I suppose I didnt know what my baseline settings were going to be so I went back with my stock jetted carbs. I kept gradually tweeking them and know I can ride with confidence. Your pipe is awesome. You sent me the ZRX 1100 header up grade kit for use with "brand X"(Tsuguki canister) I am tickled and now the weather has been breaking for the better so today was the first day that I finally rode it with complete satisfaction (low 40's)!!!!!
Again I couldnt be happier. Stu Gay (Altus, Oklahoma)
Took my ZRX out this weekend for 500+ miles with the 'new' baffled meg on and I am writing to say I love it! Not at all too loud (for me anyway) as I love the big Kaw motor sound which the meg compliments nicely. I am very happy with the performance I am getting with your full exhaust and stage 2 jet kit. Thanks again for all the support you have given me towards getting it right. Gil in Texas
Thanks for all your help and expertise in the fabrication of your new exhaust system on my new ZRX 1100 Kawasaki. The fit, performance, and appearance of your products are truly top shelf!! I'm looking forward to working with you on my project ZRX in the future.
Thanks again Dale. Greg PerdueDale would like to thank local ZRX owner Greg Perdue for the use of his bike for testing. The above photo is of Dale himself with the first pre-production Holeshot® VortexTM Slip-on and Stage 2 Jet Kit installed. Many new hot-rod part will be in the works.
Dale's jet kit came yesterday afternoon! My friend (the Suzuki mechanic) & I started on the install this evening around 8:00 PM. We took our time, no hurrying. By 10:00 or so we had everything back together & out driving the bike. It was 39 degrees by then so I just hopped on it & did a few first & second gear roll ons, impressive, had to drive it about 15 or 16 miles to go home from there. 4th & 5th gear roll ons appeared just as responsive; cruise speed was smooth also. I'm HAPPY! All we did was set it to the base line settings that Dale had recommended! Installation was a whole lot easier than when we did my GSX. I will try to set up for an appointment for the dyno tomorrow! Let you know more about the results after testing. By the way, first & second are even more fun now!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cooper
Just finished installing my Vortex and stage II kit on my ZRX. Everything went great and it runs smoother than ever. Sounds great and pulls strong. I was hesitant to pay the extra money for the Holeshot but I am glad I did. You get what you pay for. David Lawson
I just got the final jetting done on my 2000 ZRX. I started with Dale's recommended settings for his stage 2 kit and the bike ran good. Then I started fine tuning it and after four tries I think I got it almost perfect. I live in Tampa and my final settings are mains=132, needles=3 1/2 (3 and a shim he provided on each), pilot=2 1/2 turns out. The weather is cool and low humidity - the bike runs great. I have a Kerker slip-on (I got it prior to Dale finishing his). With a normal start from a stop, rolling the throttle open smoothly at about 2000 rpm, (not snapping it open), the bike pulls very strong and when the tach hits about 6000 rpm the front end comes straight up in the air. Hit 2nd and straight up it comes again. I can get it about a foot off the ground hitting 3rd. All shifts are around 10,500 rpm. Needless to say it runs like a totally different bike. Very smooth from idle to red line, no bogging or hesitation, just smooth power. I thanked Dale for putting so much effort into his jet kit, and talking to me into the stage 2 instead of the stage 1 kit. The bike looks better and is much easier to work on, I can pull the carbs in 5 minutes. I highly recommend these products. Jeff Brunelle
I just talked to my mechanic and he said that I should go with the stage 1 jet kit and stock air filter because it would be harder to maintain proper settings for the stage 3 jet kit and K↦N filters. He said that the stage 3 and pod filters would make the bike run worse when you ride in different weather conditions from the type of weather there was on the day you installed and set them up. He also suggested that when the bike was cold it would not run as well with this conversion.
I guess he thought it would be more of a pain in the ass if the bike ran worse in different weather conditions and when it was cold than the extra gain in hp and torque over the stage 1 jet kit and stock filter. I am also doing the ZX11 cams and full exhaust with the jet kit and filters (if I decide to do the filters). The weather conditions do change a lot here in Vancouver, Canada but I only ride in the summer anyway. What do you guys think? Is the mechanic right - is there a big difference in fussiness with regard to the way the bike runs from stage 1 and stock filter over the stage 3 and pod filters? On the Muzzy comparison there is about a 4 hp difference and 5 ft-lbs of torque between the two options. I may not even be able to tell the difference right? HELP!!!!
All the mechanics in Tampa told me the same thing, I went over to Walker's stage 2 kit with individual filters. The bike runs very smooth and idles better. I have gone from 80 deg. with high humidity to 40 deg. and almost no humidity and the bike runs the same. Dale put a lot of work into the jet kit to get good drivability all around. The biggest thing is to take your time and get it jetted properly. It's easy to do, the bike looks better and is much easier to work on. Go wit Dale's kit. Mark#18
Thanks for your kind assistance in taking my order and making yourself personally available for questions. My Holeshot Stage II kit for the ZRX1100 was received in the time promised, was complete and the instructions were very easy to follow. With the Stage II, which includes the K&N Pod Filters, jet changes are now super easy and quick. It's worth the extra money to go Stage II and get rid of the stock air box! I'm also very pleased that no reed plates are required with your Stage II kit.
I haven't gotten to ride my bike to refine the jetting because of all the snow, but with the kit installed it started easily, ran smooth and warmed up nicely. I have every expectation that the initial jetting will be very close. I can't wait for warmer weather!
Thanks again for a fine product and the best service anyone could ask for. I'll certainly recommend Holeshot to all my friends. Walt Cloudt (Chester, VA)
Installed the jet kit and S/O... I can't describe the difference. (It reminds me of my old H2 with the Denco stuff and portjob, but more so). And with all that plastic gone , it really cleans up the bike's look. But the power... I think all the 18HP made it. I set everything like the instructions said and the bike runs perfect. Joe Semens
Got my new ZRX 1100 slip-on yesterday, and after only 4 working days. Install was a breeze, so I was able to ride in about 15 minutes from the time I grabbed the tools. Didn't really get a chance to give it too much of a workout as it started raining 5 minutes into my ride. But I could tell the sound, look and performance are great, and I am looking forward to the header. Thanks for taking the time to answer all of my questions and for the quick shipment. You can count me as your newest happy customer.
Dan Daniel Dahle
My wife, bless her, bought me a Vortex slip-on and Stage 2 jetting for Valentine's Day. Procrastinator that I am, I just got everything installed and buttoned up at 9:00 PM last night, (5/10/00). After a quick blast down the bypass my seat-of-the-pants dyno confirms your tuning instructions as well as your dyno figures. I came right home to change my shorts and replace the batteries in my pacemaker.
Keep up the good work. My only regret is that I didn't buy two Vortex slip-ons - one to run on the ZRX1100 and the other to display on my mantle as an object d'art. Thanks a million.
Sincerely, Lynn Lynn Swearingen
Anybody Using Dale Walker's bolt on?
I do not want to change cams, I am looking to preserve low end torque and boost overall. I'm not racing, but everyone wants "more power&.
Dale's dyno numbers seem to suggest and increase of hp and torque at EVERY rpm. That impresses me. I want to here from Holeshot owners, and if anyone was able to actually compare 2 or more systems -- I would love to hear what you found.
Re: Anybody Using Dale Walker's bolt on? Just put on the Vortex Saturday...excellent quality...nice deep growl as the man says himself! Sounds mean like the Rex should! Seems peppier, I did not do a dyno kit, YET. It's a great value, all said for $320. Cosmetically alone it's worth it. I hated the stock can!
Ugly and stuffed to the gills!
I can't wait til the stepped header becomes available to complete the transition.
Re: Anybody Using Dale Walker's bolt on?
As of this writing, I am running a full Tsukigi stainless system with carbon fiber race canister, but before that I had the Vortex mounted, with stock jetting.
It is a great canister, like he said above, give a low growl that turns into a pretty good shriek at redline! The bike ran very good when it was on, not wanting to stay in touch with the ground (the front tire, that is...) anytime you hammered the throttle in the first few gears.
If you want a simple bolt on, I highly recommend the Vortex from Holeshot!

I ran his s/o and stage 2 jet kit /w filter pods. Man did the mid range power pick up. There was a major diff in the performance. Just imagine your stock zrx with alot more of what it has where it has it. The exhaust is more of a work of art than just a performance mod. I love the looks of the can and sound is second to none. You can come home after a late night of riding and still not wake up the neighbors.

I can't say when I put up so little and got back so much. Your ZRX JK2 and S/O are one hell of a bang for the buck. Beautiful craftsmanship on the can. And the kit you put together was easy to install and had everything I needed. Looking forward to the full header system.
Thanks Brian Bell
I just finished installing your Stage 2 kit on my wife's '00 ZRX. The kit is superb and was a piece of cake to install. I really like the breather location. I used the 135 mains, 3 turns on the mixture screws, and clip position #4. The carburetion, throughout the rev range, is flawless. I am indeed impressed. Thanks again for another great, well R&D'd, product. Ken Ward
I recently ordered the ZRX1100 slip-on from you and installed it last weekend. Fit and finish is excellent. I love the sound, which is just right. Civilized at low rpms, but really growls when you get on it. Bike did not get a flat spot, nor popping on deceleration (just some nice gurgling). Only thing I've noticed is that the bike takes more choke when starting it up cold.
In sum, I love the pipe and recommend it to anyone with a Z-REX. Nick Stewart, (Rockville, MD)
I added the Stage II about a month after these photos where taken. (The photos show the VortexTM exhaust, Rifle Fairing and Givi luggage installed on Larry's ZRX1100) Larry Estatico
Got the ZRX 1100 fork brace last week. Just put it on this last Saturday. That was about as easy as screwing in a light bulb. That thing is rock solid. And really nice craftsmanship. Not only does it help on the corners, but I find that after you get the front wheel of the ground, the brace makes it a little more stable when it comes back down. Any word on the header system??? Keep the goodies coming. Brian Bell
I just got my slip-on pipe for my 2000 ZRX1100! Great job! Great Service! Great Product!! My bike sound awesome! Thanks!! Victor Villanueva ZRXOA Member #1434
I just installed the header upgrade (Dale says I'm one of the 1st) I've had the stage II and Holeshot slip-on since last Sept. My elevation is probably no more than 2-300 ft. above sea level. I've got my settings at 132mains, air screws at 2.5 turns from fully in, needles on 4th clip from bottom, plus a washer(same as it was before the header upgrade). Excellent power, no surges or stumbles in any part of the rev range. Mileage actually improved with the header upgrade to avg. 35mpg , compared to about 33mpg with slip-on/stageII only, but the grin factor post-mods makes me not care about mileage. Build quality of the header is excellent, much nicer than the stock header, (cleaner welds, gloss black paint).
One note, after I installed the header system, the power band moved up in the rev range a bit, but I like revving my bike anyway, so I don't mind. The Holeshot system also is a good 20-25lbs lighter than stock, the added benefit of which seems to be quicker handling (to me anyway). I haven't dyno'ed it yet, but the power is definitely UP. I may swap out the 132s for the 130s that came with the jet kit, as I'm still running rich (better than lean).
Plus, I like the fact that I've got a different exhaust than the Muzzy/Kerker sheep (grin). Steve Roche 2000 ZRX1100 - Green Monster ZRXOA #1609
I got your new slip on for my ZRX 1200. I just wanted to write to say I love it.it sounds and looks great. the flange is very profesional. Thanks. Dave (Butler, PA)
I just installed the Holeshot pipe on my ZRX1200 and as always you were right. WOOOWWW. I had to go back a couple of miles to get my adams apple that came out the back of my neck. It looks and sounds great. I will highly recommend your product to anyone who owns a ZRX1200. The craftsmanship is superb. Dave (Bullhead City, AZ)
I recently purchased a Holeshot "Slip On" exhaust for my 2001 ZRX-1200R. Right away noticed the quicker response and boost in horse power. The deep resonating sound my bike now makes is music to my ears. I am very glad that I choose your Slip On. Bill Fletcher (The ATM Guy)
I received the new Vortex slip-on for my Kawasaki ZRX1200R today. I had it installed within a 1/2 hour and couldn't get my riding gear on fast enough! It sounds sweet and the fit and finish is impeccable. I couldn't be happier with it. Thanks for producing such a great product for this bike. Hopefully a full header and stage 2 jet kit is in the cards before bike week 2002 here in Daytona.
Thanks again for a beautiful product! David Ogle (Daytona Beach, FL)
We finally got the Jet Kit II installed on my bike. With your instructions it was a breeze. We had a little trouble w/the throttle cable, but not anything major. The bike looks great w/the air-box out of the way. It really cleaned up the looks of the bike. I rode it yesterday for the 1st time and all I can say is WOW!!!! Your products have taken a fast bike, and turned it into a reliable rocket!!! I can't believe the difference. I really thought w/the slip-on & Jet Kit the bike would be louder than it is, but I'm glad it's not. I LOVE IT !!! Thanks for the help, you're a classy down to earth type guy w/1st class products. I'll definitely recommend Holeshot to anyone. Am looking forward to doing business with you again. Mark A. Sheetz (Sigourney, IA)
I just received and installed a Holeshot slip on and a Stage two jet kit for my 2001 ZRX-1200R. Absolutely awesome. I also installed a slip on and stage 1 jet kit for my wifes 2001 ZR-7.
The quality of all of this equipment was first class. The bikes look, sound, and run great. Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know we appreciate the work you have put into getting everything just right before you sell it to the public.
Thanks Bill Locke
Well, we got the dyno run on eddies bike monday!! To start off let me correct what I had first stated as his stock Hp...it was 113.0 not 113.8 and with 75.1 ft. pounds of torque... after the Holeshot exhaust system and stage 2 jet kit we got 130.8 Hp. with 85.2 ft pounds of torque...... the gas sniffer showed the mix to be dead on also..... hats off to Dale Walker at Holeshot again! that's all for now......
I just wanted to drop a line to thank you. Back in July of 01, I wrote you concerning the jets on my ZREX. I finally got a chance to get into them and check it out. Here in Indiana its a lil cool so it wouldnt matter if it was down. Your suggestion was spot on. This thing is a ROCKET. Believe or not, I hung with a Busa for a while in mid-range. I dont think he could believe it.
Thanks again for your help. Curt Robinson
I just finished testing my new Holeshot slip-on for my ZRX1200R, the sound is outstanding, with a noticeable increase in power, the workmanship on this product is on par with the best I have ever seen. I hope to install your header and stage two jet kit next to complete the package Michael Hadley (Texas City, TX)
whew incredible service!!!!!!!! called on 3/12,slip on was delivered 3/13 at 2 pm. great customer service and to boot the slip on sounds great on my zrx 1200 and have noticed a snappier throttle response no re jetting required! so far so good! keep up the great work and will recomend all my riding friends to check you guys out! i hope to use more of your products in the future. sincerely, lenny ruttenberg belmont ca. btw.........nice fit and finish on the slip on. keep up the good work! Lenny Ruttenberg
Hi! Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my new Holeshot fullexhaust system. Combined with the Stage II jet kit I already had from you(used with my former exhaust, a Tsukigi full race system), this thingabsolutely ROCKS! I thought the bike sounded great with the Tsukigi pipe, but now, with your header in place, the world has changed! The pipe emits anice "gutteral" growls around town, but goes into a full superbike-like wailas the rpms near the upper portion of the tach! The fit and finish issecond to none! I especially appreciate that I can now gain access to myoil filter without dis-assembling most of the header! The blackpaint/coating is gorgeous and seems very durable! The muffler is tucked innice and tight, very sano
As far as the jet kit, once your pipe was installed, sorting the jetting wasa breeze! My other pipe had a wierd flow characteristic and was a pain toset the jetting with, with the Holeshot pipe, it was simple! My ZRX want torev so quickly now that it can be hard to change gears fast enough! Seemslike front tire wear will be a thing of the past as the front end alwayswants to reach for the sky when hard on the gas.
Great products, Dale! Kudos to you! Keep 'em coming Brent Hobson ZRXOA#1 www.zrxoa.com
Sorry I did'nt write sooner but work commitments have taken me away my pleasure of riding my ZRX1200R. Well with that aside, I will begin with the complements of your complete header system and stage II kit. I also heard from other mechanics on how the stage II kit would not work right with the weather here in Hawaii for the street and would only work on the track...well, they were wrong. After installing the header and stage II kit, which I add was very easy with your recommendations and the "Fine Tuning" washer that you added with your jet kit was right on the money. I have ridden the ZREX at ocean level and also 1200 feet elevation and the bike runs the same. Even as I was climbing, the bike pulled with no bogging down whatsoever. I have heard another ZREX with a Muzzy pipe and I have to admit, your pipe has a better "Macho" sound to it unlike the other pipes. I am very pleased with your kit and I have bragged your products to every person who has made a comment t o me on the clean look that the bike has now. For all of us "Retro" riders, your kits that you offer only complement and customize our bikes.
And again thank you and your staff for your courteous and professional service. Patrick Hahn
HELLO. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A HOLESHOT EXHAUST FOR MY ZRX 1200. I LOVE THE WAY IT LOOKS AND THE DIFFERENCE IN PERFORMANCE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I WILL SURELY RECOMMEND HOLESHOT TO MY BUDDIES. HERNAN DARIO ARTEAGA
Thank You VERY much!!
Recently I purchased Your Complete Exhaust System and K&N Pods / Jet kit, and Thank You Loads for that Grey Titanium Can. (SWEETY SWEET). Instalation was almost dead on as per your instructions, base settings and choice of jets for my aplication and location. Easy, trouble free, straight forward procedure.
Now that I got all that crap out of the way, lets talk about the way the Damn thing sounds and performes....Crank it up let it warm up blip the throttle alittle bit and right away you can tell this aint no stock pipe. Sounds like a 1200 Kaw should sound. Click it in 1st, twist that wrist and HOLD THE F_ _ K ON !!!(sorry I can't explain it any differently). I'ts like a completly different bike, I mean when you hit it you feel that junk right now. Not to mention all the excess weight you shed with your system. What a huge differance that is. I just can't say enough good things about your set-up, Thanks again Tony
I recently installed your Holeshot complete exhaust system on my 1999 ZRX1100 and I am very pleased with all facets of the installation and performance. As a mechanical engineer, it is my professional opinion that this is a superior product with excellent build quality and design-for-assembly. Thanks for going the extra mile. I got what I paid for and the satin blank finish looks sinister! Dan Grosskopf BorgWarner Automotive
Dale: you really did a good job with the (stage 2) jet kit pretty much plug and go.
Thanks again for a great product. Mark Harris
INSTALLED HEADER, PIPE, STAGE 2 W/PODS, THE SOUND IS AWESOME LOVE THE POWER! PUT FENDER EXTENDER ON, JULY OF 2003 THE HEADER STILL LOOKS LIKE NEW... THE SUPPORT WAS EXCELLENT MUST OF CALLED DALE TEN TIMES VERY HELPFUL EACH TIME GREAT GUY TO DEAL WITH.
P.S. THAT HEADER MUST WEIGH 40#s LIGHTER THEN STOCK JIMMY From MISSOURI
Dale....finally got my header system on and running. I have to tell you that after all my years of road racing. This system coupled with your stage two jet kit has made more difference than any other system I have ever ran on. Not only is your system the \"BEST\" I have ever ran on, it is also the cleanest looking and easiest install header pipe I have ever used....Muzzy who????
Thanks for all your efforts..... Mike Valdez)
Dale, just wanted to let you know that my ZRX 1200 2003 fitted with your stage two kit and full performance black satin exaust is working nicely. clip position 3 shim under, 132 mains inside 130 mains outside. pilots 3 turns out . Ted's advancer 4 degree. I went for a 140 mile ride last night and averaged 40 MPG. Moderate acelleration during trip. Jumped on it a few times though!! L. Bergman
just put the stage 2 jet kit and k&n air filters on. along with the full exhaust. my bike rocks. dale did his research on it. didn't lose any bottom or mid end. and gave it alot more grunt. the mechanic took it for a ride. he told me it hit 135 mph quick and that's all he wanted. i started laughing. even the mechanic was impressed. as for my bike it's a kawasaki zrx1200. Hi Dale & Family,
I cannot say enough about your personalized service, quality products and the enormous happiness that both have brought to my life and the life of my ZXR.
First off, let me say this about the service of Dale Walker's Holeshot. I come from the old school of motorcycles. I have been a motorcycle technician for 26 years. I grew up wrenching in shops where you could talk to the mechanic that was working on your bike. I and the others were more than happy to take time out our day to earn the clients business by showing care and conviction about what we were doing and sharing our knowledge to earn their business and keep it. My hat is off to you Dale for the way you do business. It is truly a pleasure and blessing to know that people like you and a business like yours still exist in this day and time.
Second, your products are of the highest quality and fitment, as well as your technical expertise and attention to detail. As you can see by the picture of my ZRX, every piece fits like a glove, with attention to craftsmanship, detail and proper clearances. The jet kit was spot on with the base line settings, per my altitude and humidity conditions. I only had to adjust the low speed screws 1/4 turn from the base setting to the lean side once and to the rich side once before finding the sweet spot. The jet kit in conjunction with the complete Dale Walker exhaust system is truly the best bolt on HP and torque package that I have ever installed. The ZXR is already an animal right out of the box, but with Dale's equipment, it is a real BEAST!!!!! The ZXR is now showing what it is capable of, arm ripping torque in all gears. The front tire always looking skyward, and a much more enjoyable ride than one could ever imagine. Kudo's Dale, many many kudo's. The drivability is unbelievable! off idle all the way to top speed in 5th gear. The fender extension, geesh!!!! what a cool add on!!! PLUS, it keeps the headers so clean and not hammered by all the road debris. The fork brace really does wonders for the front end. High speed turns are never an issue, very confidence inspiring item and oh so functional.
In closing I would like to say thank you Dale. You have a loyal client in me and anything I can do to help promote your products and business you can count on me. Please keep me informed on any new product development in regards to the ZXR's, I am always wanting to upgrade and I know with your products it is a wise investment. Don Wilkins
Thank you very much for all your help with dialing in my ZRX. Not only are the header, slip-on and stage 2 kit awsome but Dale is a most helpfull and down home kinda guy who knows how to get you through the tunning to. I had my kit in 2 days and installed that night. The stage 2 kit rocks. Its as if I was riding a rocket cause this kit made a huge performance gain all the way across the RPM range. The sound alone was worth it but the fun factor confirmed it all. The other day I left for a ride a catholic and returned protastant. Great gear and great service, thanks Dale! Customer
You were kind enough to have my Holeshot exhaust system re-coated in the ceramic silver coating and I thought you would like to see how it looked on a ZRX. I hope I attached the photos correctly! By the way I love the look , fit and performance of the system. David Barboza ZRXOA Member # 3363

Just thought I'd drop you a little note telling you how impressed I am with your company. After an effortless order over the phone I recieved my fork brace, here in Oregon, not more than 24 hours later! I kid you not! Couldn't believe it. Now I chose this brace out of it's logical design. One that makes an after market brace attache without fear of losing handling, and seals, to fork stiction. Plus it matches the rest of my ZRX's front assembly in color and allen heads. It looks like a stock part. Just hugely beefy. Results are much improved power braking, and high speed handling in sweepers that toss in dips and bumps. I'm currently trying to figure a way of re-attaching my bug protectors to your brace... Your product is absolutly awesome, and so is your service. Thank you very much. Christopher
This is first time that i have install a jet kit, that worked the first time. I am not to sure i will even try to fine tune. Thanks for a good product.Fred Pennington
