Stops Handlebar Vibrations for a much smoother ride and less fatigue.
by

The Bar Snake is a precisely gauged cylinder composed of a high-tech polymer which, when properly installed inside tubular handlebars, dampens many high frequency vibrations that cause numbing, painful and even dangerous hand and wrist trauma.

The Bar Snake is a simple, innovative invention that really works. One might wonder how something so simple can work so well.

Tubular metallic shapes have a natural tendency to conduct and amplify vibration. This principle has been used for millinea to make bells, horns and other musical instruments. Thus, like a bell, the tubular shapes of handlebars transmit and amplify the vibrations from the motor and road to the rider's hands resulting in painful hand and wrist stress and can inflame carpal tunnel syndrome.

The Bar Snake's reduction of handlebar vibrations can benefit all types of riders. Long distance riders have a less exhausting ride. High performance riders, like racers or off-road riders are able to put more energy into the track or trail and less on simply holding on.

Installs in minutes, includes easy-to-follow instructions and installation tool. The Bar Snake is available for steel and aluminum bars. Almost anything with tubular handlebars can benefit from the Bar Snake's ability to reduce vibration.

Note: Some handlebars have a restriction inside, which will not allow the Bar Snake to fit. In this case I recommend Liquid Bar Snake. Please check your handlebars before ordering.

Liquid Bar Snake

Liquid Bar Snake was created for those handlebars that have a restriction inside the bars that prevent the original Bar Snake from sliding through. It is easy to install and hardens into a very dense rubber compound similar to the regular Bar Snake product.

Doug Magin - ('98 B12)
Hey Dale,
I stalled my new SuperBike bars with Bar Snake this weekend. The Bar Snake install was very easy, except it was tricky to get it installed and leave a 1.5" gap for the bar ends to be reinstalled. The weather didn't cooperate much this weekend to allow me to take much of a test ride, but I could feel an immediate difference during the short run I did make. I could feel an instant reduction in vibration and more confident control with the new bar config. My brother is very interested in a Bar Snake for his '81 CB750F-SS with the same bars. He could really use it...

Well, thanks for the help Dale. The Snake was well worth it.

Sincerely,
Doug Magin

Thanks for your advise about the bar snake and the long stem mirrors. The bar snake made a difference. I was really impressed with the Napolean long stem mirrors. I thought the mirrors were a little pricey, but well worth the money once you use them.
See ya---Randy

The bar snake did its job...there was about a 50% reduction in the handlebars. I went on a two hour ride and my right hand did not numb. Thanks for the help.
