After 6 months of development and 3 prototypes later Dale is finally very happy with the finished product. The new R1 Holeshot High Pipe Slip-on really enhances the beautiful lines of one of the most advanced sportbikes ever built. The 2" Holeshot™ elbow is made from high grade stainless, then polished to perfection and now also available in our new satin powder black option canister. It also retains the EXUP system for a no hassle install, great mid-range and overall power delivery. Unlike most others, Dale made sure he got as much heel clearance as possible to prevent melting your boot on the pipe. This was accomplished using two different radius bends and a lot of fiddling. The Holeshot R1 Slip-on also has the capability of retaining or removing the rear passenger foot pegs. We now provide CNC machined aluminum spacers and hardware in the kit to do either. The 14" Holeshot™ muffler is a custom unit only produced for the R1. It's handcrafted of spun stainless steel end caps and beaded tip with an aluminum skin. Components are highly polished for a beautiful finish and ultra light weight.

The R1 Holeshot™ has a throaty, but still mellow tone and the performance output you'd expect from a Holeshot Exhaust. Rejetting is not mandatory, but a simple shimming of the needles usually helps crispen up the throttle response.

		You won't find a cleaner, better built aluminum muffler on the market. The 4" Holeshot™ is made in house from start to finish with unsurpassed quality and finish.
The laser cut muffler hanger tucks in very cleanly. It's gloss black powder coated for good looks and a very durable finish. Stainless hardware and muffler band clamp included. Note: Provided CNC machined aluminum spacers allow the rear passenger foot peg to be retained if desired. We also include hardware if you choose not to run the rear pegs.
		The R1 is the first to get our new 14" Holeshot™ muffler with the new oval Holeshot logo.
The rear view is also super clean. Note! Relocating the rear blinkers is necessary as shown. We offer our cat-eye mini-blinkers as an option.
		The dual radius 2" Holeshot™ elbow pipe has good heel clearance as well as keeping its nice tight line close to the swing arm. It's made of lightweight polished stainless steel.

Magic Mix Metal Polish Magic Mix is known as the lazy man's polish and for a good reason. It's absolutely the best and easiest to use metal polish we've ever tested. It with keep your new Holeshot Slip-on or complete system looking new forever. It works fantastic on aluminum, stainless, chrome, and our sterling silver Jet Hot coated headers. We use it daily in our workshop during final assembly, as well as, on all our personal vehicles. It can even be used to rub out fine scratches on painted clear coated finishes.
