The new Holeshot ZRX complete header system is now prototyped and tested. Dale spent over five months developing this new pipe. It has good oil and filter access, as well as plenty of ground clearance and removes a ton of weight. The sound level is fairly mellow, but still healthy when you whack it full open. If horsepower is what you are looking for then the new Holeshot System will deliver. Dale managed a whopping 24hp and 10 ft-lb. gain when run in conjunction with his stage 2 jet kit. The ZRX Holeshot Header is available as a complete system, or separately as an upgrade if you have our Holeshot or any other brand slip-on already installed. It will be available in black only and when ordered as a complete system will include our clean slip fit stainless/aluminum muffler and high quality stainless clamps.

The Holeshot header is coated with a high quality ceramic black coating and comes with a 18 month anti rust warranty to the original purchaser.

Dale's new Holeshot header removes approximately 15 lbs. of unwanted weight.

Dale's ZRX Header system upgrade with flanged elbow pipe allows the full system to be installed with a Holeshot slip-on or any other brand.

We made sure our new pipe is tucked up for good ground clearance as well as much more oil and filter access over the stock header.

Dale's new design tucks the muffler in much closer to the shock, like it should have been to begin with from the factory. A new centered stainless band clamp is also included in the upgrade kit that matches this mounting point. Note: the muffler cannot be moved closer to the shock with out our header system.

Header is now also available for ZRX-1200. Dale made 130.2 hp @ 85.6 ft. lbs. on his Dyno in conjunction with his new ZRX-1200 Stage 2 Jet Kit. Wow!

Magic Mix Metal Polish Magic Mix is known as the lazy man's polish and for a good reason. It's absolutely the best and easiest to use metal polish we've ever tested. It with keep your new Holeshot Slip-on or complete system looking new forever. It works fantastic on aluminum, stainless, chrome, and our sterling silver Jet Hot coated headers. We use it daily in our workshop during final assembly, as well as, on all our personal vehicles. It can even be used to rub out fine scratches on painted clear coated finishes. Magic Mix Speed Wax Magic Mix Speed Wax is a quick and easy way to give painted and clear coat surfaces a super high gloss finish. It applies a thin, wax protective coating.
