Road Star Warrior Holeshot Header

Dale worked on this design and tested the Holeshot Warrior header system for over a year. The final results are one bad ass pipe that's all black and all buisness. He concentrated on not only making the best power gains possible but getting the power and torque in the real world usable areas of the rpm band. The Holeshot Warrior header includes an all hand made true merge collector, big tube primaries, laser cut flanges, CNC machined spigots, a giant core Holeshot / Supertrapp tunable muffler with a selection of discs, Holeshot exclusive custom 2" open end cap and a closed end cap for that occasional stealth mode. All clamps and hardware are high grade stainless steel. The Warrior header is totally hand made and hand tig welded in house by our expert fabricator Paul McCain and is a top shelf product that not only performs but fits well also.

The pipe has double ceramic coating, first in a silver base, then the black over that. It is also coated inside to hold the heat in the pipe and make the best flow rate possible. The coating comes with a 1 year anti-rust warranty.

Valco All-In-One High Temp Silicone

Valco All-In-One High Temp Black Silicone is ideal for exhaust system slip fits during installation. It's one of the most advanced sealers available, is resistant to extreme temperatures up to 600 degrees, and can be used in non high temp applications as well. This product is a necessity to use if you are installing our Holeshot slip-on or complete header system.

Magic mix speed wax, to maintain our satin black mufflers and ceramic black headers.

Magic Mix Speed Wax is a quick and easy way to give painted and clear coat surfaces a super high gloss finish. It applies a thin, wax protective coating. Speed Wax is a great product to use in between your Super Glaze carnauba waxing intervals. If you are in a hurry this is the product. It works very well on our optional ceramic black header and satin black muffler coatings.
