Holeshot 2003 SV 1000 S Dual High Pipe Slip-Ons

Note! This system will fit the 2003 S model only. It does not fit the 2003 N (naked model). Click here for the 2004-2006 high pipe set.

The Holeshot SV-1000 S dual high pipe slip-ons are a hand crafted work of art and really look beautiful on the bike. Dale spent several months getting this set just right as well as many hours testing a selection of mufflers cores resulting in a healthy but smooth exhaust tone. You can expect nearly identical power gains from the dual high pipes as our bolt on slip-ons so please take a look at that page click here for info and to view the dyno chart. The set includes polished 304 stainless mid pipes, custom clamps / hardware, mounting bolts and machined spacers to either run or not run the rear passenger pegs. The hanger brackets are laser cut, made in house, then powder coated gloss black. The 14" Holeshot Stainless / Aluminum canisters are available in fully polished or with Satin black powder outer shells.

Most SV-650 /1000s run pretty well when adding a slip-on if you stick with the original air filter, but if you want to really smooth out the power curve, ad more mid range and top end power, along with very good fuel mileage, Dale highly recommends the TFI tuning box. He has been TFI tuning the DLs for two years now with great results. This is a much easier way to dial in your EFI than any other method and dyno tuning and re-mapping are not necessary. The dual high pipe set is a pretty straight forward install that any home tuner can do and complete installation instructions are included. Note! The header pipes must be cut to install this set, Dale did not want two ugly four bolt flanges in the mid pipes, so this is a much cleaner set up. Note! The Holeshot rear fender eliminator kit with flush mount blinkers is also needed to install the SV-1000 S Holeshot high pipes. This needs to be ordered separately. Click here to see the page and more info.

Valco All-In-One High Temp Black Silicone is ideal for exhaust system slip fits during installation. It's one of the most advanced sealers available, is resistant to extreme temperatures up to 600 degrees, and can be used in non high temp applications as well. Keep your new Holeshot exhaust looking like new!

Magic Mix is known as the lazy man's polish and for a good reason. It's absolutely the best and easiest to use metal polish we've ever tested. It will keep your new Holeshot Slip-on or complete system looking new forever.

It works fantastic on aluminum, stainless, chrome and our coated slip-ons or full header system. We use it daily in our workshop during final assembly, as well as, on all our personal vehicles. It can even be used to rub out fine scratches on painted clear coated finishes.

Note: Magic Mix polish should not be used on our black header and muffler coatings.

Magic mix speed wax, to maintain our satin black mufflers and ceramic black headers.

Magic Mix Speed Wax is a quick and easy way to give painted and clear coat surfaces a super high gloss finish. It applies a thin, wax protective coating. Speed Wax is a great product to use in between your Super Glaze carnauba waxing intervals. If you are in a hurry this is the product. It works very well on our optional ceramic black header and satin black muffler coatings.
