The Holeshot SV-1000 dual high pipe slip-ons for 2004 through 2007 models are a hand crafted work of art and really look beautiful on the bike. Dale spent several months getting this set just right as well as many hours testing a selection of mufflers cores resulting in a healthy but smooth exhaust tone. The set includes polished 304 stainless mid pipes with Dale's beautiful cad cam designed solid stainless flanges, custom clamps / hardware, mounting bolts and machined spacers to either run or not run the rear passenger pegs. The hanger brackets are laser cut and made in house, then powder coated gloss black. All components are precision tig welded by Dale's brother in- law and expert fabricator Paul McCain. The 14" Holeshot 304 Stainless / 6061-T6 Aluminum canisters are available in fully polished or with Satin black powder outer shells.
Most SV-650 /1000s run pretty well when adding a slip-on if you stick with the original air filter, but if you want to really smooth out the power curve, ad more mid range and top end power, along with very good fuel mileage, Dale highly recommends the TFI tuning box. He has been TFI tuning the DLs for two years now with great results. This is a much easier way to dial in your EFI than any other method and dyno tuning and re-mapping are not necessary. The 2004-2007 SV-1000 bolt on dual high pipe set is a very straight forward install that any home tuner can do and complete installation instructions are included.
