Dale's SV 650 Holeshot Slip-on delivers the performance and quality you expect from Holeshot Performance. It offers over 50% weight reduction compared to stock and is handcrafted from high grade stainless steel and aluminum components. This simple design requires cutting the muffler tube in an easy to get to location and can be installed in about 20 minutes. This design allowed us keep the cost down compared to others that are available, without sacrificing performance. As far as sound goes, it has a very throaty, yet still very subtle exhaust note at light throttle.

Dale spent over a month on the Holeshot dyno and road testing the 1st Gen SV-650, and found that shimming the needles and adjusting the pilot fuel screws is the very best combination. Rejetting is unnecessary. The stock Suzuki air filter also out performed higher flow units. Carb shims are included, as well as installation instructions and tuning tips with your new Holeshot SV Slip-on. You can expect a maximum of 3-6 horsepower gain, more midrange and much smoother running from the Holeshot slip-on and Dale's simple carb tweak.

If you want a bad ass exhaust note and a real shorty muffler look, then go for our new 10" bad boy Comp 2 option. Available in satin black only, and please dont blame Dale if get to much attention with this one installed on your SV.

Most late model EFI SV-650 /1000s run pretty well when adding a slip-on if you stick with the original air filter, but if you want to really smooth out the power curve, ad more mid range and top end power, along with very good fuel mileage, Dale highly recommends the TFI tuning box. He has been TFI tuning the DLs & SVs for a few years now with great results. This is a much easier way to dial in your EFI than any other method and dyno tuning and re-mapping are not necessary. Magic Mix is known as the lazy man's polish and for a good reason. It's absolutely the best and easiest to use metal polish we've ever tested. It will keep your new Holeshot Slip-on or complete system looking new forever.

It works fantastic on aluminum, stainless, chrome and our coated slip-ons or full header system. We use it daily in our workshop during final assembly, as well as, on all our personal vehicles. It can even be used to rub out fine scratches on painted clear coated finishes.

Note: Magic Mix polish should not be used on our black header and muffler coatings.

Magic Mix Speed Wax is a quick and easy way to give painted and clear coat surfaces a super high gloss finish. It applies a thin, wax protective coating. Speed Wax is a great product to use in between your Super Glaze carnauba waxing intervals. If you are in a hurry this is the product. It works very well on our optional ceramic black header and satin black muffler coatings.
