Dale's SV 650 Holeshot Slip-on delivers the performance and quality you expect from Holeshot Performance. It offers over 50% weight reduction compared to stock and is handcrafted from high grade stainless steel and aluminum components. This simple design requires cutting the muffler tube in an easy to get to location and can be installed in about 20 minutes. This design allowed us keep the cost down compared to others that are available, without sacrificing performance. As far as sound goes, it has a very throaty, yet still very subtle exhaust note at light throttle.
Dale spent 2 weeks on the Holeshot dyno and road testing, and found that shimming the needles and adjusting the pilot fuel screws is the very best combination. Rejetting is unnecessary. The stock Suzuki air filter also out performed higher flow units. Carb shims are included, as well as installation instructions and tuning tips with your new Holeshot SV Slip-on. You can expect a maximum of 3-6 horsepower gain, more midrange and much smoother running from the Holeshot slip-on and Dale's simple carb tweak.

Most SV-650 /1000s run pretty well when adding a slip-on if you stick with the original air filter, but if you want to really smooth out the power curve, ad more mid range and top end power, along with very good fuel mileage, Dale highly recommends the TFI tuning box. He has been TFI tuning the DLs for two years now with great results. This is a much easier way to dial in your EFI than any other method and dyno tuning and re-mapping are not necessary. A nifty stainless coupler
is also available seperatly,
so reinstalling your original muffler is a 10 minute job if
desired.
Note! If you do not have a Holeshot slip-on, one extra clamp is needed that can be
ordered separately.
The Holeshot slip-ons are available in fully polished or a powder satin black canister with polished stainless end caps.
