V-max 09

After over a year of development Dale's back half 4-2 Holeshot exhaust is now ready for the awesome Gen 2 V Max. This 304 stainless system is hand crafted in house by Dale's expert fabricator and brother in-law Paul Mc Cain, then polished to a beautiful finish. All welding is precision hand tig, and fit and finish is superb. The muffler brackets are laser cut, then finished up in house and powder coated a 60% gloss satin black . All hardware is stainless as well and the custom made header tube clamps. The original mufflers, canister box and parts weigh in a porky 35 lbs, while Holeshot system installed is right at about 15 lbs complete. The 6061 T-6 aircraft aluminum muffler shell options come in the 14 " or 17" length, fully polished or high temp satin black. You have a choice of either our Comp 1 or Street core's installed. Polished 304 stainless end caps with the Holeshot laser etched logo on the back is standard, and the Holeshot side logo plates are optional, that you install. The stainless muffler shell outer clamps are also available as an option in satin black powder coat to perfectly match the black mufflers. For the occasional long distance rider we also offer our billet CNC machined DB killers to really tone down the beast if desired.

Dale's header system design is pushed back a bit more than others on purpose, not only does the slightly longer header tubes with the CNC Formed Holeshot TRI-Y Merge Collectors make big power and torque, but it also gets the mufflers back a bit more than most for a super clean look Holeshot pipes are known for. Dale really tries to make the nicest product possible that follow the lines of the bike.

The Holeshot V Max 4-2 system sounds smooth but wicked, and makes really good power across the entire rpm range. Dales offers his own Stage 1 Mod Tuning Kit with K&N filter, or you can go all out with the FX Monster Big Air Kit . Dale & Oliver from FX tuning did the final dyno testing together on both kits, and the matching PC-V map will be provided to our customers, via e- mail after the sale upon request. The FX speed limiter removal kit is also the best way to unless the power and full potential of your new V Max

Valco All-In-One High Temp Silicone

Valco All-In-One High Temp Black Silicone is ideal for exhaust system slip fits during installation. It's one of the most advanced sealers available, is resistant to extreme temperatures up to 600 degrees, and can be used in non high temp applications as well. This product is a necessity to use if you are installing our Holeshot slip-on or complete header system.

Magic Mix is known as the lazy man's polish and for a good reason. It's absolutely the best and easiest to use metal polish we've ever tested. It will keep your new Holeshot Slip-on or complete system looking new forever.

It works fantastic on aluminum, stainless, chrome and our coated slip-ons or full header system. We use it daily in our workshop during final assembly, as well as, on all our personal vehicles. It can even be used to rub out fine scratches on painted clear coated finishes.

Note: Magic Mix polish should not be used on our black header and muffler coatings.

Magic mix speed wax, to maintain our satin black mufflers and ceramic black headers.

Magic Mix Speed Wax is a quick and easy way to give painted and clear coat surfaces a super high gloss finish. It applies a thin, wax protective coating. Speed Wax is a great product to use in between your Super Glaze carnauba waxing intervals. If you are in a hurry this is the product. It works very well on our optional ceramic black header and satin black muffler coatings.
