Holeshot ZRX-1200 Slip-On

Dale's ZRX-1200 slip-on is super clean. The 6061-T6 air craft aluminum muffler adatptor is CNC computer machined to beautifully match the polished stainless front cover, then tapers down to our Comp 1 14" X 4"OD muffler shell. The Holeshot ZRX-1200 slip-on can be bolted on it minutes and is available in a fully polished or satin black powder finish. The end cap and turn down tip is polished 304 american stainless material. The rear tip is hand tig, fusion welded on without rod utilizing our foot controlled rotator making a perfect bead.The end cap has our super clean laser etched Holeshot logo.

Though not mandatory, Dale's matching jet kits should be run with the Holeshot ZRX-1200 slip-on for the best power and torque gains.

You can expect a 10 to 12 hp gain and more mid range with the Holeshot stage 2 kit added

Valco All-In-One High Temp Silicone

Valco All-In-One High Temp Black Silicone is ideal for exhaust system slip fits during installation. It's one the most advanced sealers available, is resistant to extreme temperatures up to 600 degrees, and can be used in none high temp applications as well. This product is a necessity to use if your installing our Holeshot slip-on or complete header system.

Keep your new Holeshot exhaust looking like new!

Magic Mix is known as the lazy man's polish and for a good reason. It's absolutely the best and easiest to use metal polish we've ever tested. It will keep your new Holeshot Slip-on or complete system looking new forever.

It works fantastic on aluminum, stainless, chrome and our coated slip-ons or full header system. We use it daily in our workshop during final assembly, as well as, on all our personal vehicles. It can even be used to rub out fine scratches on painted clear coated finishes.

Note: Magic Mix polish should not be used on our black header and muffler coatings.

Magic mix speed wax, to maintain our satin black mufflers and ceramic black headers.

Magic Mix Speed Wax is a quick and easy way to give painted and clear coat surfaces a super high gloss finish. It applies a thin, wax protective coating. Speed Wax is a great product to use in between your Super Glaze carnauba waxing intervals. If you are in a hurry this is the product. It works very well on our optional ceramic black header and satin black muffler coatings.
