The Holeshot ZRX 1100/1200 complete 4-1 header system is hand made in house by our expert fabricator Paul McCain. Dale spent over five months developing this new pipe spending countless hours of dyno and road testing. It has total oil and filter access, more cornering ground clearance and removes a ton of weight. The sound level is fairly mellow, but still healthy when you whack it full open. If horsepower with a strong mid range is what you are looking for then the Holeshot Performance System will deliver. Dale managed a whopping 24hp and 10 ft-lb. gain when run in conjunction with his stage 2 jet kit. The complete header system is available in black only, and our stainless/aluminum clean slip fit mufflers are available fully polished and a satin powder black finish.

We also offer a ZRX 1100/1200 header upgrade kit. This allows you to install Dale's Holeshot front header section only with any after market slip-on. Click here for info.
The Holeshot header coating comes with a 1 year anti rust warranty to the original purchaser.

The Holeshot header system removes approximately 15 lbs. of unwanted weight.

Hi Dale, I have your system on my 2000 ZRX 1100 the sound is AWESOME, and it looks GREAT. to date i have Wiseco 1109 big bore kit, Holeshot stage 2 with K&N pods, Muzzys cams and a 50 shot of nitrous from NOS. It makes 138.7hp 86.64tq on motor 182.1hp 158.3tq on the bottle Thanks for a GREAT product and excellent service and support, looking forward to the new MEGAPHONE system that is in the works Jimmy |

We made sure our new pipe is tucked up for good ground clearance as well as much more oil and filter access over the stock header. |

Dale's design tucks the muffler in much closer to the shock, like it should have been to begin with from the factory. A new centered stainless band clamp is also included in the upgrade kit that matches this mounting point. Note: the muffler cannot be moved closer to the shock with out our header system. |
